Okay, what is wrong with this horse????

Well, I decided I really wanted to make a horse after I went to the CIFI conference earlier this year in New Mexico and saw the wonderful work of Nancy Gawron and just had to make one of her horse patterns. I am finally working on my horse and I just really do not know what happened, but first off it looked like a dog face with a horse body and now that I have added needlesculpt to it we now have a T-Rex with a horse body. I know there is something wrong, but have no idea how to fix it other than seam ripping the head off and starting over, as I rather like the body, it is the head that needs help. Any suggestions?
